Interdisciplinary Research Competition (IRC) 2017 is co-organized by Graduate House (GH), Postgraduate Student Association (PGSA) and Graduate School (GS) to promote interdisciplinary research amongst postgraduate students.
Eligibility: all postgraduate students of HKU are cordially invited to form groups (3-5 postgraduate students who come from at least 2 different departments) to join this competition.
Competition form: Five-minute presentation with a maximum of five slides (shortlisted groups).
Application Deadline: March 6, 2017 (Monday), 5:00 pm
Date of Competition: April 10, 2017 (Monday), 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Venue: Wang Gungwu Lecture Hall, Level P4, Graduate House, HKU
Prizes:
Champion (one): HKD 5,000
First Runner-up (one): HKD 3,000
Second Runner-up (one): HKD 2,000
Application method: submission of one A4-page describing your creative inter-disciplinary research ideas and application form to gradhse@hku.hk.
