Dialogue with the Technology Transfer Office @ HKU

The Technology Transfer Office (TTO), established in 2006, has been providing services and support on matters relating to technology transfer, intellectual property protection, research-related collaborative or service contracts, applied research, and industrial and business relationships at the university.

In this dialogue session, Dr S C Kim, Managing Director of TTO, will introduce what support the Office offers to students to put their innovative ideas into use in the larger community. In particular, he will talk about (1) Technology Commercialization and (2) Intellectual Properties. His colleagues in TTO will join him in the dialogue session to answer the queries and internal processes that RPg students may have on these areas.
